The National Monuments Service hosts this excellent website. It includes a monuments database with links to maps of all of the registered monuments in the Republic of Ireland. Also, excavation reports, shipwrecks, codes of practice etc.

  INSTAR web archive
INSTAR [the Irish National Strategic Archaeological Research] is a Heritage Council funded programme INSTAR for thematic archaeological research. The web archive is a searchable archive of archaeological reports.
  Institute of Archaeologists of Ireland
The Institute of Archaeologists of Ireland (IAI) was founded in 2001 and is a professional organisation representing archaeologists working through out Ireland. Our membership includes all sectors of the profession in both jurisdictions.
